Step 1: Inspect Your Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately for any damage or defects.

Step 2: Submit a Request
If you need an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 7 working days of receipt, providing your order number and reason for the exchange.

Step 3: Return the Items
After receiving confirmation from our team, please send the item(s) back to our designated address in their complete, original packaging.

All products requested for an exchange must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, with no marks or stains.
• The product must be in its original, complete condition and packaging.

We regret that we cannot offer an exchange for products under the following circumstances:

• The 7-working-day period since receipt has expired.
• The product has been opened (unless defective upon arrival) or used.
• Allergic reactions due to individual skin type (we recommend all customers perform a patch test before using new products).
• The product packaging is incomplete, damaged, or has been tampered with.
• Discounted or special offer items marked as non-exchangeable.
• All free gifts, accessories, and trial samples.
• Discrepancies in color (product images are for reference only and may vary due to screen settings).

Review & Shipping
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the exchange conditions, we will ship the new item to you. The shipping cost for this replacement will be covered by us.
